Shipping Policy

We offer free UK delivery on all pole dance wear orders over £100

 

Our delivery costs are: £3.50 for UK Standard (dispatch within 3-5 days)

All orders are shipped via a tracked courier service. You will be notified when your order has been shipped and if there are any delays to your order being shipped we will contact you via email.


Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you love our pole dance wear as much as we do but we do understand that sometimes a product doesn't quite suit. We are happy to accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure returned products are in an unworn & unwashed condition. When trying on your new pole fitness clothing please ensure underwear is worn and no marking from makeup or staining from deodorants occurs.

If you need a replacement form please download and print a form here. Please ensure your name and order number is on the form, as without this information we are unable to process your refund/exchange.

The refund will be processed by us via the original method of payment within 7 days of us receiving the item(s). Please be aware the money may show in the account later than this dependent on individual banks. Please note: we are unfortunately unable to refund postage costs. The customer is responsible for their returned items until they are signed for at our warehouse so we advise returns are sent using a tracked or recorded service and retain proof of postage in the unlikely event of loss. 

 

If an exchange is requested and the item is in stock it will be dispatched automatically to the address from the initial order. If the desired product is not in stock we will contact you to advise when it is expected and if you would prefer to wait or have a refund.  

We reserve the right to decline refunds on products not returned in a suitable condition for re-sale. 

The costs of returning a non-faulty item are payable by the customer and are non-refundable. However, in the rare event you receive a faulty item of pole fitness wear please do not post this back until you have contacted us, a member of our team will be happy to assist you.
